End of Week 1

Dear 2011-12 Wheeler Chorus Students,

I am so very pleased by the work ethic, obvious passion for singing and sincere interest in one another that you each displayed in all three choirs this week. I think we are off to a GREAT start both musically and as a chorus team!

Lots to be aware of for the coming week... Monday, 8/22- Friday, 8/26:

• Nomination of Vice Presidents (1 per choir) on Monday.
  


• Set up Charms personal accounts during class on Monday and Tuesday.


• Vote on Vice Presidents (1 per choir) on Wednesday.
  


• An email will be sent home to all students/parents on Wednesday with pertinent details regarding the MANDATORY Choral Booster Kick-Off next Tuesday, 8/30, at 7pm in the Auditorium (including bills for associated fees).


• Chorus T-Shirt Design Contest entries are DUE Thursday. Remember to incorporate a treble clef and paw into your design ideas.


• Student Officer Mtg #2 on Thursday from 3:30-4pm.


• Director nominees for UGA Choral Day and GMEA District 12 Honor Chorus announced on Friday.


• Chorus Spirit Day on Friday, and every Friday.
  


• Please continue to turn in the Blanket, Medical, Photo Release and Verification Forms throughout the week.
